Brian and I had to go into the city today to pick up his daughter. We ended up stopping at Superstore so that I could buy some veggies and what not to steam. I found a whole section of Organic foods, pretty amazed. I bought myself some Pacific Foods Vegetable lentil roasted red pepper soup and Simply Natural Organic Balsamic Vinaigrette. I made the soup and its pretty good, I'm very excited. I went onto www.pacificfoods.com and I found a chart that tells you what the food is and all that stuff. I found a low fat section that tells you which foods they sell in which contain under 3g of fat per serving. I'm going to look into more things like the Pacific Foods brand that are organic and have low fat. There's a store in the city that is called Dad's Organic Market; Brian said that we can go into there and look at foods for me. I plan on starting a detox of my body and eliminating all the garbage foods like chips and fatty snacks well just fat in general. I have an addiction for Peek Freens LifeStyle cookies. They're good and come in many different flavors now a days so I eat those once in awhile as a "good" girl treat. I follow the suggested servings and it fills me up.
